Participant instructions

All submissions are to be mounted (matted or framed).

Awards: People's Choice awards- the public will vote on their favorite at the exhibit on June 6

1. Number of pieces you are entering/ titles

2. Size of each piece

3. Type of mounting

4. If you are selling the piece, asking price (or NFS)

5. Do you have an easel or display to provide

Your work will be exhibited at the Lasorda Field House (4701 Casa Loma, at Imperial Highway) during our annual Celebration of the Arts on Sunday June 6, where the public will be voting on their favorites. Please bring your photos that morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. to the check in table.  Please pick up your art at the end of the day at 5:00 p.m., or make arrangements with us.

We will be notifying the winners in the following day.

Top winners will be displayed at the Yorba Linda Public Library in the display cases.  Address is 18181 Imperial Hwy, Yorba Linda, Ca. 92886

Drop off your photos between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. in the Lasorda Fieldhouse, 4701 Casa Loma Ave, Yorba Linda

There will be a check-in table in the gym.

Temporary parking in the Lasorda Parking lot in front of the Field House is available while you‘re checking in . All cars must be moved out by 10:00 a.m. Additional parking at the community center to the north.

Voting – the public will vote for their favorite photos throughout the day.

Please pick up your art at the end of the day at 5:00 p.m. at the end of the event.  You may make special pick up arrangements if you can't come at 5:p.m.
